 Sammy is bleaching his skin. He's obviously not happy being a black man  but wants to be a white man instead. "White is Better. I've always wanted to be a white man. White is better."  If you look closely you can see that he also has lightened his EYES. His eyes used to be black and dark brown. Now they're grey. !!  And his hands are lighter too. If he was just cleansing his facial skin, he wouldn't have lighter hand skin. He's a FREAK !

Estou muito contente por estar participando desta página internacional. Praticamente meu país, o Brasil, é quase um intruso dentro da América Latina, pois "hablamos" a língua portuguêsa e os demais, o espanhol. Fiz um comentário sobre o Sammy Sosa, que era de côr negra e agora tornou-se "blanco". Acho que ele renegou a própria raça. Fiz esse comentário com muita dificuldade, pois nunca fiz um curso de espanhol. Escrevo e "hablo" muito pouco. Abraços para todos "hermanos latino americanos". Muchas Gracias.

who cares. black, brown, white, yellow, it dont matter, we all end up in the same dirt anyway. let the man live. im sure he has his reasons. and so what if he is ashamed of being latino, is he supposed to be proud? why be proud of an accident of being born a certain color? he should be proud of what he has accomplished.

hell no he's a straight freak...and as for being a baseball legend definitely not he had like 2 or 3 really good season while a drugs to enhance his performance and still does NOT hold any type of baseball record at all he'll never be in the hall of fame so hell to the niZoooo...all he is, is a freak...the only thing he can do now to make himself look good in anyway is to help charity's out and donate...besides that LOSER LOSER!!! TODO!!

 I agree with Val, Brown is Beautiful and people don't have a %^*&ing clue as to what they want.  White wants to be Black, Black wants to be White.  It is crazy!  Be proud of what and who you are!  And Sammy is not Haitian, he is Dominican, as embarrassing as it is to say that.  If he was Haitian his name would be something like Juan Pierre, not Samuel Peralta Sosa
