Nick Jonas' new girlfriend? TERRA EXCLUSIVE!!!

 Nick Jonas may have a new love in his life.  The singer was spotted this past Thursday night (June 4, 2009) at a Johnny Rockets restaurant in Encino, California, with a cutie patootie shoulder-length brunette.

As far as we know, this girl either isn't in the business or hasn't made it big yet!  She's definitely not singer Jordan Pruitt (above), who's toured with the Jonas Brothers and has been pegged as Nick's girlfriend.  This young lady had much darker hair, similar to Nick's color.  One witness even said she and Nick looked like relatives (we're sure many fans are hoping this is his cousin).

  While the Jonas Brother was sporting a fitted, short-sleeved white t-shirt, his female companion had a hot pink/fuschia top on.

  Our spywitnesses say Nick had an iced tea or soda, while his 'friend' enjoyed a strawberry milkshake.  The two chatted until about 11 p.m., when they headed out of the restaurant.  Hmmm...11 p.m. on a Thursday night?  Shouldn't the 16 year old and his oh-so-young companion be in bed at this hour?  Whew, seems like chaperones and curfews aren't implemented in the Jonas household! 

   While Nick did seem like he was looking out for paparazzi (who weren't around), he defiinitely wasn't hiding from them either.  The entire restaurant had huge glass windows and anyone could clearly see into it while walking outside.  Nick and his friend were sitting in the stool area near the register (not even in a booth where they could've been less noticeable). 

   It's only been a few months since several media outlets claimed Nick was dating fellow Disney star, Selena Gomez.  Since that romance didn't prosper, perhaps he's trying to mend his 'broken' heart with another brunette/Selena-esque young lady?
