Roselyn Sanchez speaks out about a lawsuit filed against her by her former managers.
The Collective Management Group claims Roselyn owes them $137, 628 in commission payments for her work on ‘Without a Trace,’ reports TMZ.
In an exclusive statement made out to Terra.com, Roselyn states:
‘When it became clear that The Collective was not capable of fulfilling its promises and adding value to my career, I terminated them. They were fully paid under the terms of my agreement for the time they represented me. It is shameful that The Collective has made false allegations and claimed fees that they are not entitled to and have not earned.’
Collective also says Ms. Sanchez owes them $31.5k for the 2006 film, ‘Yellow.’ In court papers filed today, the company states: 'Sanchez decided to disregard her contractual obligation and thumb her nose at the people who built her career.' Roselyn reportedly fired the management company, last year. Hmmm….if she FIRED them, it must’ve been for some reason! Do you think they were being stingy? Or has the economy gotten SO bad that even managers will turn on former clients to make a quick buck? SHARE YOUR OPINIONS HERE!
